How to connect a webcam and microphone to a router?

Good day. Interested in a budget option for broadcasting streaming video and audio data to the Internet on a secure server with subsequent connection via a remote computer.
Required Devices:

  • Webcam with built-in microphone (USB) / IP camera (RJ45/USB) and microphone (3.5mm/USB)
The choice of option depends both on the complexity of the connection and configuration, and on the
cost of the devices. So far I've settled on these options.

  • Router (with Wi-Fi point) with repeater function
The router must have a relay function. Also the function of transferring streaming video and audio data to the Internet. In the network I found built-in software (firmware) for only one function of the required ones.
The question is extensive: from buying devices (I consider aliexpress.com as the most low-budget platform), connecting devices to a chain (soldering, if necessary), to connecting to a hosting (hosting is available) and outputting information to a remote device (I think, within the means browser).
A high priority is to build a webcam and microphone into the router. It follows from this that the dimensions of the webcam should be minimal, and the router should therefore be vertical.
To the question: “Why complicate things?” I answer: The installation site of the router (repeater) has only Wi-Fi coverage to the connected Internet. The transmission of video and audio data is related to the security of the premises (hidden surveillance). And the repeater itself must perform the function of amplifying Wi-Fi. I will consider any of your suggestions.
I am attaching an example diagram.
Thanks in advance. :)

Any router with a USB port and a stable release of OpenWRT.
IP camera to the ethernet port, set up a VPN tunnel to the server.
Microphone in USB, compile the USB-over-IP module for OpenWRT (sources are available), on the server of the same version of the program. The router is configured as a client.

umm. and what's stopping you from taking an ordinary ip-camera ... yes, at least the cheapest ... inside the router, bring it to the port and stick it on the outside of the port that it burned out. You can even take it out under glass. or make a crooked hole with a drill for metal. the camera will be powered by poe ... or take the voltage from the power supply. and the body itself from the camera will go to the trash. where is the difficulty? just ask her how I know this =D
