Home network, multiple TVs and iptv?

Before the repair, he took up the design of a home network and wire communications.
The apartment has 3 TVs, 2 PCs and PS4 + wearable gadgets. I can’t design in any way so that all 3 TVs have iptv. Internet provider options for iptv do not suit me in any way, since there are no necessary channels there. I'm leaning towards the rasperi pi 3 options and playing iptv from it.
Questions:
1) What are the options for connecting iptv for 3 TV?
2) If raspery pi 3, then you need to install your own for each TV, so that nothing needs to be transferred and connected?

Look at torrent-tv.ru, for the first time in HZ how long it has been working normally, abandoning Acestream (in favor of NoxBit ).
I will make a reservation that raspberries will not play it directly, you need an intermediate "server" on Windows or Linux (x86, so raspberries are in flight).
I have a torrent signal parsed by a home torrent rocker, and the raspberry with Kodi on board (LibreELEC) is already losing.

What is the design problem?
For the house itself, a simple concept is enough: there are no extra sockets, just like extra wires.
That is, in the direction of potential points such as a TV - we throw at least two winders.
Somewhere in the "center" we put a switch that can vlan + a router that can also work normally with IGMP and multicast,
then, depending on the implementation of iptv broadcasting by the provider, we make the necessary settings and get continuous happiness even when the broadcasting technology is changed by the provider or the provider entirely

at first I was also embarrassed that it was "not Linux", and then I looked for what you can find comfortable on linux dlna, and left this
, of course, on a separate nettop + torrent + usb screw
