How to determine if an IP is blocked?
What programs / methods can be used to find out that the provider is blocking access to IP?
Task: given the network 180.10.10.0/24, you need to find a list of IP addresses that are not blocked by the provider.
Condition: IP addresses are not bound to any hosts and do not respond to packets accordingly.
Is it known that by doing a traceroute with a blocked IP there will be only 2 hops (my gateway and a trace device)
And with an unblocked IP there will be more than 2 (5-6) hops.
Scan the entire subnet (especially if there are 10 of them) using traceroute for a long time and "badly" are there any humane ways?
