How to organize the distribution of wi-fi in the apartment?

Good day! Friends, please tell me how to organize the Internet and the distribution of wifi at home. The approximate plan in the figure is a 4-port router at the entrance, which distributes to 2 TVs and 2 wifi routers.
1. How to organize a wifi network - put 1 device that could distribute a strong signal throughout the apartment (then what device?) Or 2 wifi routers (but then how to ensure that when moving from room to room, a device connected to wifi connected to a stronger access point signal or both wifi were peer-to-peer)
2. Is it worth taking a gigabit router at the entrance or 100 Mb?

1. It is still not clear whether the increased power of the wafer is harmful. pushing away the worst. it means it is better to use a repeater than to constantly cut in what irradiates the device between the legs!
2. if something like HDTV and more abruptly is planned in the hut, then definitely gigabit ports . to stick network storage.
3. it is desirable to support ac over the air.
Note: You can hang two points. tie on the cord and file a seamless roaming
although it is not entirely clear why you do not put one point in the center of your hut. one point easily breaks through 2 walls.

I would first try to put a WiFi router at the entrance, and limit it. If it does not pull - then I thought further.
From experience - 2 reinforced concrete walls of 18 cm each break through without problems. 2 brick walls, one in half a brick (12 cm), the second - 2 bricks (50 cm) - is also a weak barrier.
Is there a desktop with a computer in the apartment? Do you only run wires to TVs?
