How to connect a video capture to an analog stand?

Good afternoon!
Help solve the problem - there is a rack with endoscopic equipment and a monitor. Between them you need to insert a box with a video capture from Ali (already available).
There is a scart size on the stand, a cable is inserted into it, from which s-video (M) and bnc (coaxial) comes out, it connects to the monitor in ypbpr.
The video capture box accepts hdmi or rca (red, green and blue tulips + 2 tulips, as I understand it for sound). An attempt was made to connect bnc (also red blue and green laces) to tulips through an adapter, then to the box and then through hdmi-> dvi wire to the output to the monitor, it works, but the image with a red tint and color correction does not lend itself.
What is the easiest and cheapest option to organize? Preferably without buying expensive converters.
Thanks to everyone who wants to help!

First, find out exactly what format and then buy converters. Since the picture gives off in red, it means it's not what you thought, maybe there is RGB and not YPbPr.
