1) There is an IP camera that produces an RTSP stream
2) There is a server on Linux
It is necessary to record video in which there is movement for more than 1 minute.
(That is, if the movement is 55 seconds in a row, you don’t need to save the file; if it’s 1:05, you already need it; if it’s 3 minutes of movement, you also need to save the video) I
have experience working with motion, but out of the box it cannot record RSTP.
As far as I know, the VLC package can do this.
