How to connect a TV with a 2nd monitor wirelessly (WiFi, WiDi)?

There was a discussion about this almost 2 years ago. But modern technology has changed a little.
So we have:
1. LG TV with WiFi (WiDi)
2. Monoblock Lenovo (WiFi)
3. WiFi router, through which both devices have access to the Internet . You
need to connect the monoblock desktop to the TV.
What are the options - 1. through a router (within the network), 2. directly monoblock TV?
If possible - with a more detailed description or links to the description.

@Sten73

Clarification:
The TV has WiDi, Miracast. On a monoblock (computer) Windows 7, the processor is not i3, etc., but an earlier Pentium

If the TV finds a DLNA server on your computer, you can display the desktop and sound from your computer on the TV. (tversity.com) - there is both a server and a screen server.
