Hello!!!
Colleagues, tell me, please, how to solve the problem? An HP ScanJet Pro 3000 s3 scanner is required to connect to a virtual machine on Virtual Box running Windows. The scanner is connected via a USB cable. USB is passed through the Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack plugin. The scanner itself sees the operating system. HP doctor states that the driver does not see the device.

The problem was solved by installing Windows 10 pro in a virtual machine.
As I believe, the problem was in the operating system (Windows 7 pro).
