How do you deal with anxiety and stress at work?

At work, different things happen, including nerves. How are you doing? :)
I have these Glycine / Tenoten tablets, but I won’t say that there is any effect.
Another yoga exercise - 4-6 deep breaths per minute for 5-10 minutes.
Alcohol helped to relax until the moment when the ulcer came, he stopped using it.

Take it easy on everything. The boss yells, pretend that you are listening, when you speak out, say "I understand well" and then do the work. And at home, try not to strain, watch a movie, play a toy, take a girl to a cafe. If the weather permits, it helps a lot to walk around the city, and preferably outside the city, in the summer every day I either with my wife or with friends, and sometimes I myself went out to the river or forest and wandered there for 2 hours until it started to get dark. Helps a lot after a hard day at work.

At work, the only thing that can hurt me to the quick is if the company has no money for a salary: D Reducing communication to correspondence is not always an option - it really happens many times easier to solve the problem without any hassle when they come to you live. But they will come to you, so we have an IT office - with a carpet and a "homely" atmosphere. Come, tell your problem... About 300 employees already - all the "old" ones through the tracker either come just to relax and talk, but why not talk for 5 minutes, after all? ;)
