How to connect a samsung TV to the Internet that does not have a smart TV, but has a LAN connector and it seems like it can go to the Internet?

The TV is not new and really without a smart TV. Model UE32C6000. It has a LAN connector. And the instructions say that there is Internet access. In what form the truth is not clear. A connection is described that the settings can itself accept automatically or manually can be dialed. Connected to WI FI router. The TV even managed to update the firmware and writes that the network is working. It is not clear what to do next. Because there is no smart TV button with a browser and stuff. Looked all over the menu. I'm thinking maybe the Internet is here just to update the firmware? And there is no browser in it. True, it is also written that you can climb onto a computer from it, if you install the program and then you can watch movies from a computer. And I wanted to ask about the settings. If manually entered, then you need to enter 4 pieces:
IP address
Subnet mask
Gateway
DNS server
Do they need to be entered? With the auto mode, when checking the network, it says the network is working normally and the firmware has been updated. Just manual settings if you try to enter, then which ones? Do you need to look for the settings of the router and them in it or information about the connection on the computer? I found everything I needed on the computer, entered them and with them it shows the same thing that the network is working. In the router settings, I found only the IP address and that's it ... And why enter them if the router itself makes the connection? Thanks

There is only one feature on your TV that uses a network connection: the media player.
There is no browser in it. As you rightly point out, this is not a "smart" TV, so that's entirely to be expected.
If you want to go to the Internet with it - buy an Android set-top box, for example.
