What can be done with the Amoled screen of a smartphone?

I bought a phone a month ago, Samsung A51, but it’s just difficult to use - ten minutes and my eyes literally leak out due to the flickering of the amoled screen.
Good people, tell me, is it possible to do something about this, or will the device have to be sold for next to nothing? Tolerate is not an option
