How to connect a receipt Ethernet printer?

I bought a sam4s ellix 50d receipt printer with an Ethernet interface
1 - First I connected it via usb to a PC and assigned it a network address of 192.168.1.50
(my router's network is 192,168,1,1).
2 - Next, I connected the receipt printer to the router with a cable
3 - I go to the printer address 192.168.1.50 in the browser - it does not find it
Tell me what could be the problem?
