How to connect a radio keyboard to a computer?

I have a DELL KM 632 wireless kit , but the radio receiver is lost. Since the frequency of operation is 2.4 GHz, there was a suspicion that it is possible to connect it via Bluetooth, in which the range intersects with 2.4, but unfortunately I cannot find any information on this issue.
Is it possible or is it in principle?
Is it possible to connect this kit to another radio module from another manufacturer?
Maybe someone will advise?

This is unrealistic - each manufacturer molds the receiver - transmitter as he pleases, starting from a pair of hard-wired bluetooth transceivers, and ending with a self-made 2.4GHz protocol.

I also have a cool Logitech mouse lying around, but not a universal one, in which the receiver is broken. And it's a pity to throw it away, and nothing happened.
Are there universal USB dongles for wireless mice?

and I have such a question, there is this kit
But ....
in some mythical way, usb itself began to be defined as a flash drive, moreover, somehow data was first written there, and after that everything stopped working. As for what was on the whistle before, I find it difficult to answer, everything worked like a clock out of the box, but after the playful hands of the general director. the situation is described above
Who faced and generally how to bring the kit back to life?
