Is it possible to start electronics after 10 years of inactivity?

There is a GRP - a gas distribution point. It installed a telemetry system in 2012 and is not included in the operation. The Tellurium controller was installed there for processing signals from temperature, pressure, flow sensors, inductive position sensors, an electronic gas meter "Esther", gas pressure regulators, safety shut-off valves, relief valves, security and fire alarms, a modem for transmitting data to the control room console., devices with rigid logic for digitizing signals, power supplies.
All this economy for years remained untouched and without heating.
What difficulties may arise if this economy is reanimated, put into operation and adjusted?

Firstly, this whole miracle can only be launched after an inspection of technical supervision.
Secondly, without heating, electronics are usually a skiff - you need to open everything and make an audit - shake up all the terminals, and all the boards.
All actuators under revision.
Bike from Fixik-Papus on the topic.
