How to connect a printer to two wi-fi networks?

There is a router from which part of the computers sits and a printer is connected to this wi-fi network. A xiaomi router appeared, which is connected by wire to the first router and receives ip dynamically from the first one (dhcp connection is configured). For me, it seems to be the same network, but you can’t print on a xiaomi printer. I understand something in networks, but this knowledge is more general than the narrow specialization of the system administrator, tell me how you can set up the second router so that you can print from it.
Or the printer needs to be made network, and whether it will be possible to print then from devices connected via wi-fi.
ps I apologize for the confusion, if something is wrong I will describe it differently somehow.

Put a second wifi module in it. Those. most likely not.
You need to resolve everything at the level of routers so that they form one network.
