I have a domain that I connected to cloudflare. Now I need to connect this domain to the VDS server.
In order to connect the domain to cloudflare, I simply indicated NS cloudflare on the site where I bought the domain. Cloudflare showed that everything was connected.
Then I need to connect this domain to the VDS, which has an IP, for example, 111.111.111.1. I registered this IP in the Cloudflare DNS settings (I chose type A and registered 111.111.111.1 there), I also registered the NS of the VDS provider. But after a long time on the domain, my VDS is unavailable. How to do this whole setup?

NS is indicated only at the domain registrar (as you wrote, "where you bought the domain" ), in your case - the NS of the cloudflare server.
Next, create an A-record in Cloudflare with the IP address of the VDS and mark / do not mark that you need to proxy traffic through Cloudflare , in the same place where you drive in the A-record.
