Redirect from domain.ru to www.domain.ru without web server, service?

Hello.
I want to park the domain on Google sites or Google blogger.
Everything is clear with www.domain.ru (we prescribe CNAME, attach it), but what to do with domain.ru?
If I understand correctly, CNAME cannot be registered for the domain itself, and Google clearly indicates that only a subdomain is attached.
Maybe someone came across a public free service (actually, it is an IP address that can be registered as an A record for domain.ru) that redirects from "anydomain.tld" domains to www.anydomain.tld* ?
PS. Do not offer to buy hosting, I'm wondering if it is possible to do this without investing and attracting hosting.

bare cname record on "site.ru" is allowed for free on cloudflare

No, you cannot make a redirect, the DNS protocol does not allow this. By the way, not for advertising purposes, you can use elasticweb.org, where you pay only for the resources used. A couple of dollars will last you a very long time.
