Is it possible to speed up DNS update after domain renewal?

I forgot to renew the domain, well, it was parked. Now extended, but updates are slow. Is there any way to speed up this process? For example, send a command to a specific provider server to update dns?
And the parking lot has this SOA record:
dns7.parkpage.foundationapi.com abuse.opticaljungle.com 2011062801 3600 900 604800 86400
2011062801 - isn't that TTL?
Thanks in advance

Is 2011062801 not TTL?

no, it's not TTL. this is a serial number, it determines whether there were updates in the zone or not.
The TTL of a recording is 86400 seconds or 24 hours. in fact, if there are a lot of caching servers by an intermediary, then the resource can be available much later!
Only a cache administrator can expedite deletion of a cache entry.
ps and by the way, you don't need to look at the SOA at the parking lot, but at your domain!

Your ISP can cache, OS, browser, a lot of things.
Clear cache in Windowsipconfig /flushdns

1. google-public-dns.appspot.com/cache
2. in the properties of your computer's network adapter, enter DNS 77.88.8.8 for Yandex and 8.8.8.8 for Google. moving them up in the list to make nslookup requests to yourdomain.ru
