Dear gurus, tell me please. I have a VPS server and a Plesk panel. The domain was bought from another provider. How to connect them? How do I get my server to manage DNS records. I bought a VPS server on arsys.es, and I can’t figure out which NS addresses to register. As a result, I just made an A record at the domain registrar, but sending mail does not work.

For simplicity, use pdd.yandex.ru Delegate
the domain there, and there, in the DNS editor, write the server's IP address.
There will also be a post office.

If the provider does not provide its own DNS integrated with the control panel on the VDS, then you can either use the registrar's DNS, or any free DNS, or raise a local DNS server on the VDS (not recommended).
For mail to work correctly, you need to add MX, SPF, and, optionally, DKIM, DMARC records.
