How to connect 2 clients via Mikrotik server?

Hello. There is a mikrotik with a white IP. On it the PPTP server is lifted. 2 clients connect to it. One Mikrotik client. The second pptp client is a Win7 client. Get pptp addresses 192.168.7.253 and 192.168.7.254 respectively. Behind the Mikrotik client is a local network (192.168.0.0/24), which in turn must be seen by the Win7 client. From the server everything works fine. But the client on win7 does not see the local network of the Mikrotik client. Please help in resolving this issue.
