How to connect 100 LEDs to RPi?

Greetings!
Please tell me a simple way to connect a large number (up to 100pcs) of LEDs to the RPi with the ability to independently control each of them.

Option 2 - increase the number of raspberry leads. For example, using multiplexer boards.
