How to configure two Internet connections for different needs?

Good people, here is the question. There are two 4g routers, is it possible to make the connection from 1 network go to chrome for example, and the second one for all other needs of the system. Is it possible to build such a canoe with a proxy? If possible please tell me how. Thanks in advance for any help.

Once upon a time, this could have been the riddle of the Sphinx, but with the technology of the last ten years, it is solved once or twice.
Run Chrome in a virtual machine. For the virtual machine, assign an address statically (not via DHCP) and statically specify another router as the gateway (it is assumed that both routers are on the same LAN).
