Correction, not "downloads" are deleted from the disk, but downloaded ones (files, folders), yes, there is a difference :). If you "remove from the disk" exactly the "downloads" that the program creates (registry entries), then they will also disappear from the program :).
She can't do that.
In the same DM, this has been asked since 2007 (or even earlier).
