How to configure NAT on VMware EXSi 5.5?

Question to experts in hardware virtualization in software)

Input data:
1. There is a physical HP server.
2. One white IP address 1.1.1.1/30 with Internet access is allocated to it, and at the same time it is also the VMware EXSi 5.5 management IP address (for example, through the vsphere client).
3. Windows 7 virtual OS is created on VMware EXSi 5.5 and needs Internet.

The question is how (and is it possible, in principle, without any stray (in the form of virtual Linux servers)) to configure NAT on EXSi 5.5 for guest Windows 7, so that the machine with Win7 goes to the Internet via 1.1.1.1/30 with its IP gray addressing, like 192.168.0.1/24?

World path scheme:
Virtual Win7--> NAT on EXSi via IP: 1.1.1.1/30 --> Cloud--> Internet.

PS EXSi Chosen because it's free)

ESX - slightly not made to implement NAT or bridge or some other stray stuff. You are not surprised that a passenger car cannot be used as a mining excavator, are you? Or are you surprised?
And besides, you run a big risk by issuing a white IP directly to the hypervisor.
