How to access virtual machines running by the system?

Objective: to organize the automatic inclusion of virtual machines at the start of the host system.
Solution: use the task scheduler.
Problem: no console access to virtual machines after startup.

To automatically enable virtual machines created

the following task in Task Scheduler:
