How to configure IIS for reverse proxy role?

IIS

There is the following structure:
- Application running on port 8081 and domain map.app.domain.com
- Site with static content on port 8080 and domain app.domain.com
I just can't figure out how to get IIS to redirect requests to ports according to domains.
I read about URL rewrite, but found a solution for only two sites that are running on IIS.
