Why is IIS 8 throwing "HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error"?

Hello! "Hooked" IIS and PHP. Run test script phpinfo(); Everything is working. I'm trying to uncomment the line in php.ini:
extension=php_mbstring.dll
Reloaded IIS and it started giving me:

Maybe this will help somehow, but I installed PHP 5.6.3
downloaded from here windows.php.net/download
here is this version of VC11 x64 Non Thread Safe (2014-Nov-13 03:39:26)
How can I fix this?

Is extension_dir correct in php.ini? Is there a file at the specified path?

Try installing 32/64 (both!) versions of Visual C++ Redistributable.
