How to configure Fiddler to view traffic on all devices connected to the modem?

There is a phone with 4G, which acts as a modem. It is connected via USB to a desktop computer.
I'm connecting to my phone's network with an ipad and would like to view my traffic with Fiddler.
I found a couple of instructions but kept getting stuck at the point where I needed to check " FiddlerMachineIP:8888 " , the link should redirect me to the "Fiddler Echo Service page". But instead of redirecting me, it says "[Fiddler] DNS Lookup for "fiddlermachineip" failed. System.Net.Sockets.SocketException The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found."

You need to configure proxying on iPad ( https://www.howtogeek.com/293676/how-to-configure-... and point to fiddler on your computer. In fiddler-tools-fiddleroptions set "allow external access".
Request proxying is configured only on the client (unlike routing or reverse proxy. Therefore, you can collect traffic only if you manually register proxies on all your devices. "Fiddler echo service page" is not required in this task.
Also: you may need to allow decrypting https traffic, but the iPad will swear that the traffic is untrusted. Here you will need to find how to register the root certificate from fiddler in the iPad.
