How to configure dns server in ISPconfig?

Hi everybody. This is my first time trying to set up a dns server.
In stock:

• web server, with ISPConfig panel - 91.237.247.196
  
• domain, with a panel on nic.ua - ovsiychuk.com.ua
  

Read manuals. currently set up like this.

DNS does not work, I can not access the site. I also tried to replace the A records in the settings of the
dns server instead of ns1.ovsiychuk.com.ua and ns2.ovsiychuk.com.ua just put ns1 and ns2. Waited more than a day, does not work.
nslookup says:

There is no A record on the DNS server (ns2.ovsiychuk.com.ua) for the domain
(subdomain) ovsiychuk.com.ua or the DNS server is not available

;; connection timed out; trying next origin
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance.
