How to configure disks in Windows Server 2012?

Hey!
I decided to add hard drives, but that's bad luck: the system does not see a new drive.
There is: Supermicro + 2 SAS disks with Winserver 2012R2 I add
WD SATA, so I thought that the problem could be incompatibility, although I never contacted the hardware.
Strange affair. Device manager says that the SAS controller driver is not installed, but SAS works, but SATA does not.

although I have never dealt with iron

In your case, it is better to do this with the help of a specially trained person - the administrator.
At the same time, you need to describe the current situation in more detail, explain how valuable the data is on the existing disks, and what you want to get in the end.

You have a sata in the raid controller in unconfig mode. You need to transfer it to unconfig good mode, if it is in bad mode, and then create a second Virtual driver and put the disk there.
Z.s. it's funny that your windows server is running on raid 0 and not raid 1.
