How to configure Comodo Firewall to work with multiple networks?

I set up several Internet connections on Windows: one wired (main) and 2 via USB on the phone. (optional) that are used locally through 3zroxy.
With the firewall enabled, only one additional connection through 3proxy works.
I disable the firewall - both work without problems.
Tell me, who faced this, where to even dig in the settings?
I've tried everything and nothing helps :(
