How to configure all multilingual sites to show content by default in Russian?

I have windows in Russian, a browser in Russian, nowhere is it indicated at all that the language can be Ukrainian, but sites that have multilingualism, probably determining my location by IP address, show me their Ukrainian version, if they have it. Runs unbelievably. How to make sure that all content is in Russian by default, if it is on the site?

No way. This is the logic of each of the sites separately. Some do not have a default language definition at all, but there are translations for those who wish

Try to prevent sites from determining your location in the settings .

Many sites are written not by professionals, but by beginners due to the fact that their work is cheaper.
And these newbies do not look at the browser settings, but at the IP, and determine the language by country. Of course it's stupid, but you can't influence it.
