chrome on some sites does not display Cyrillic correctly

For example , this site looks like this: image
I tried to treat it by reinstalling the browser, it did not help. At the same time, Cyrillic is not displayed this way on all sites.
Everything is fine in other browsers

vz2oo5, apparently we have different versions of the browser
I found something similar in the settings (Settings->Web Content->Configure Fonts) there I changed the encoding to Unicode, but Cyrillic is still displayed wrong.

I don’t know how in the Russian version, but in the English version it’s Tools - Encoding.
It's definitely not in Settings - Customize fonts, you don't need to touch anything there.

Go to
C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\User StyleSheets\custom.css
edit the file adding the following to the css:
@font-face { font-family: ' helvetica neue'; font-style: italic; src:local('Arial'); }
@font-face { font-family: 'helvetica neue'; src:local('Arial'); }
@font-face { font-family: 'helvetica neue'; font-weight: bold; src:local('Arial'); }
As you can see, we are changing Helvetica Neue to Arial.

Win8 doesn't have that address.
