How to configure access from one subnet to another?
There is basically a tp-link ADSL router (192.168.1.1)
Not long ago I connected an additional dlink dir 300 router through the lan port so that wifi would be available at the other end of the house. The problem is that from one subnet there is no access to the second. How to properly configure routers so that all connected devices from each subnet can see each other?

Do you need different subnets at all or not?
If not, then simply disable DHCP on dlink, configure it with a local IP from free 192.168.1.0/24.
ADSL router will distribute wi-fi addresses to clients, dlink in this case is a banal wi-fi switch.
