How to configure 1C UT and Frontol 6 exchange via FTP?

There is UT 11 in the cloud from 1C - 1C: GRM.
The store has a cash register with Frontol 6.
How to set up unloading from 1C to the cash register of goods?

The problem is this:
Type of equipment: Offline equipment
Driver: ATOL: KKM Offline
In the settings for the exchange of connected offline equipment, I specify the path for the upload file, the upload flag file and the report file in the form of links:
ftp://username:[email protected] 0.1/Obmen/product.txt
ftp://username:[email protected]/Obmen/result_flag.txt
ftp://username:[email protected]/Obmen/reports.txt

Checked the exchange rules - there are goods for unloading.

I press in the section "Sales - offline exchange with connected equipment" to "unload goods"
The message says: "Data uploaded successfully", but the files are empty.
If I press the "Automatic exchange" button in the same place and try to exchange, then it gives an error - "Reports.txt file not found"

If uploaded to the local disk, everything is ok.
But I need to automatically upload from the cloud service.

Good afternoon, tell me, how did you solve the connection issue in the end?
My files are not created there at all, maybe it's in the FTP itself ..
Everything is correctly created in any other folder
