We do not sell anything, we need spare parts for our cars.
There is a car park for 50 cars.
There is a warehouse where all spare parts are stored. Parts are not numbered, there are no barcodes, there is no symbolism at all.
There is a storekeeper who accepts spare parts, sort of enters them into 1s (7.7). If someone comes for a new spare part, he simply gives it out, does not note anything and how much is stored, only he knows. The accounting department also cannot understand the principle of how old spare parts are written off and how new ones are issued ... in general, a dark forest.
I would like to automate the whole process (for example, as in existential / emeh)
A spare part came, made a barcode on it (if there is no barcode), glued it, entered it into the database. An employee came for a spare part, the spare part was considered a scanner and to whom they were given.
And also the current base that is available.
Our accounting department is separate from the warehouse, we need to automate the work of the warehouse. What came and to whom they gave out, and what is in stock.

I agree with the previous speaker.
Previously, in the days of light communism, there was responsibility for a shortage, up to a criminal one. And accounting was kept in ledgers (large notebooks).
