The problem of importing from 1s to Bitrix - how to add a new property value?

There is an import.xml file (formed 1s when transferred to the site) the "extended description" field has been added to it, it must be dragged to the site.
Looks like

            <Ид>b335ceb2-48f5-11e6-a478-00199982d6bd</Ид>
            <Значение>015611e8-48f6-11e6-a478-00199982d6bd</Значение>
            <РасширенноеОписание>утоненная кромка</РасширенноеОписание>
          </ЗначенияСвойства>

But when imported to the site, this "extended description" field is not transferred and is not displayed in any way.
Question:
1) What file should be edited in Bitrix
2) What actually needs to be registered in order for this parameter to be taken into account on the site.
Please help if you can :-/
