The credit service requires a mass check of passports for validity. Such a check is carried out on the FMS website: services.fms.gov.ru/info-service.htm?sid=2000
We would like to get access to such a check in our software without entering a CAPTCHA.
What are the possibilities for this? We consider both official options (API, which, unfortunately, does not exist), and not very (recognition of CAPTCHA, which will most likely lead to an IP ban). Up to 10,000 requests per day are planned.

Captcha there manages with 100% result through the audio version, the link to mp3 is in the open. If you set an adequate delay, then the chance of getting a ban is very small, in extreme cases, you can allocate a separate IP for these purposes, the costs are not high.
