If you are an individual, and your client is a legal entity, then this is an additional difficulty for him.
1) Contributions to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund as a certain percentage of the contract amount. Most likely, your counterparty will have to pay (I could be wrong, but as far as I remember, even an agreement cannot remove this obligation from them).
2) Either you pay the tax yourself or your counterparty for you - this can be provided for in the contract. 13% of the contract amount.
