How to compress a lot of pictures?

I used to always compress / crop pictures in Photoshop, but there were up to 100 of them, if I just optimized I used all sorts of tinipng or analogues, but the task arose of really optimizing a lot of pictures, and they come across in a huge resolution over 5000x5000, what is the way to optimize en masse?

important for free or with "treatment" :)
