Is there a free service where you can programmatically share a picture using the API?

Please tell me a free (or at least very inexpensive) service where you can:

1. Upload a picture via API.
2. Get a public link to it. The address must necessarily end with a file name with an extension, for example photo.jpg (this is a Viber requirement for sending images).

The picture does not have to be stored for a long time, a maximum of several days.
