Good afternoon!
Recommend a program or service for high-quality compression without quality loss.
On Mac OS I have always used ImageOptim, but as soon as I feed directories with 5000 thousand photos, it freezes. Even more than a few hundred photos can not cope.
Useful to study screw compressors. I settled on FILEminimizer Suite. He cannot process more than 100. Recommends Server version. I have not bought it yet, but I want to know from you - what would you advise. Advise how you compress a large number of photos.
Goal: A photographer's site with tons of photos. I want to shrink for faster loading of the site. thank.

How to compress without loss of quality...

What's in the photo? If in JPEG, then no way, any repacking degrades the quality.
If you just need to squeeze it with minimal losses, there are a lot of options, up to Photoshop. For example FastStone Image Viewer.
