How to comply with the GDPR? How to make a privacy policy?

Hello!
My wordpress site needs to be GDPR compliant.
Here's what I've already done:
- Notification and consent button about cookies
- Blocking all cookies until the "I agree" button is clicked
- Cookie Policy page
- Checkbox "I agree with the policy" in the feedback form
I understand I need to do
- Privacy Policy
But I Unfortunately, I don't know how to do it right.
I was looking for generators, there are paid ones, there are free ones, I tried free ones, they all generate differently, FIG you will understand who to believe.

And so, questions:
1. How to write a privacy policy?
2. What other pages need to be added for GDPR compliance?
