How to completely replace apache,php,mysql in os x?

Hello! I got mac-mini High Sierra (10.13.3) for work and somehow everything did not work right away. How to install, reinstall php, add xdebug, etc., I did not find any sensible instructions. I decided to use it as (lamp) - MAMP, but apache is still loaded with the one that is built into the system and php too (not mamp). Can you please tell me how to replace this?
