How to completely clear the Safari cache on Mac OS X?

I cached favicon.ico on sites tightly. Deleted the development / cache, deleted the cache files in the library folder, rebooted the macbook, did everything. Other browsers show as it should. Safari shows the old favicon for the hell of it.
How can I force it to update the cache?

Try the following:
"To remove favicons from Safari, you need to do a little differently. First, close the browser itself, then launch the Terminal. Write the following command in it:
defaults write.com.apple.Safari WebIconDatabaseEnabled -bool NO
Restart Safari and rejoice at the absence of the icons we hate To change your mind and return everything back, you need to unload the browser again, replace NO with YES in the command and never repeat this again."
