Why does Textarea expand in Safari on click?

vivioapp.com site. The form and the button are displayed incorrectly in Safari:
1) Clicking on the Textarea enlarges the form - how can I fix this?
2) Why is the text on the button not centered like in all normal browsers?

If this is a desktop Safari for Windows, then there will be no problems, very buggy. You only need to debug for Safari on a Mac. I won’t say anything about Safari for Android, but I can assume that you need to watch it under iOS on the iPhone.
