I tried to reinstall the program using standard tools, but she writes that evalution 30 extended close (the test period has ended).
I tried IObit uninstaller pro (no ads) and it cleaned up leftover files and registry entries, but the program still doesn't want to install.
What to do and how to reinstall the program?

Try using sysinternal'ovskie utilities to look into which file the application climbs (registry key).
Software developers are not stupid, they are not cool if their programs are cleaned from the registry and the trial period is reset. In fact, a batch file was registered in the shortcut, which cleans the registry and files and you get an endless trial.
