How to compile a package that is blocked by other sessions?

Good afternoon everyone! There is a package that is pulled by another system and when you try to roll changes, pl/sql throws a timeout.
During rollover, the number of schema sessions that this package uses grows. Tell me, how can I update the package without blocking?
