Unable to load file or assembly Oracle.DataAccess or one of its dependencies, what to do?

Good time of the day! Wrote an application in C# that accesses Oracle 10g. On my computer (.NET + ODAC) everything works fine, but on a computer with only .NET, the program throws an exception that Oracle.DataAccess.dll or its dependent components cannot be loaded. I tried to create a folder in the root (C:\oracle\product\10.1.0\Client_2\bin) with copying all my dlls, I also tried to attach a folder with dll to the exe file. How can the problem be solved?
