I am faced with the fact that for employers in particular and people in general, a certain mythical interest in activity is important, and what psychologists call proactivity, at the same time, from more than a quarter of a century of experience of existence, this seems to be at least nonsense, at most - a malicious attempt to use a person without material payment, in fact, use. From personal experience (school + university + postgraduate, average score 5.0, academic degree) - interest sharply worsens cognitive abilities and the quality of the result, and deliberately suffocating it and, if possible, turning off emotions in general at the study stage, for example, can significantly reduce deadlines and achieve, in fact, the consistency of both knowledge and thinking.
If there are people with a similar experience, they are interested in synonyms with which you replace these terms for yourself and ways of adapting to the world of "interested" homos during an interview / at work.

The connection between the external manifestation of emotions and the motivation to do something is purely individual.
Some can write chic satirical plays and play clowns with a completely funeral look, some cannot read bearded jokes without a gygy.
Do not confuse free activities, proactivity, interest in the result, and motivation.
And yes, most of the HRs and managers live in a different world, which is no worse and no better, it’s just that the values are different there and the view of solving problems changes accordingly. Understanding these values is essential. Accept - individually.
